Is it actually safe?
We've been arranging travel for Canadian youth teams since 1988. Every destination we take teams to is a safe location. Hotels are chosen in vetted areas, and we personally visit these destinations to ensure they meet our standards of safety.
Our team is also reachable throughout the whole trip.

What if we need to cancel?
We connect you with a trusted contact to help arrange trip cancellation insurance well before departure.
Our refund policy is also clearly outlined in our quote. Deposits can be transferrable.

What if my kid is travelling internationally without me?
International travel as a minor may require a consent letter. Please refer to the Government of Canada Website for details on what may be required.

Is this company legitimate?
Encore Sport Tours is a registered member of the Travel Industry Council of Ontario, a Canadian regulatory body.
We can provide testimonials as well from coaches who have gone on trips with us.

Do you assist with Visas?
Visa requirements are the traveller's own responsibility. We'd recommend checking directly with the relevant government or consulate for your destination well before departure.

Are the days supervised?
Trips are organized and well-run start to finish, with the coaching staff and any parents travelling helping to supervise.
