SHAMROCK INVITATIONAL

FOR SENIOR BOYS AND GIRLS BASKETBALL TEAMS

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA
December 4th - 7th, 2009
4 Days/3 Nights (tour may be extended in length)

NOTE that schools may travel with both the boys and girls team or either team

Day 1
Leave from your departure airport for Vancouver, British Columbia. Upon arrival, each team will pick up its 15 passenger van and transfer to your host hotel for the next 3 evenings, the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites in downtown Vancouver. The teams will play their first games later today in their respective 8 team tournament.

Day 2
Continued tournament play today.

Day 3
Final day of the tournament today.

Day 4
Transfer back to the airport for the return flight back to your original departure city.

INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THIS TOUR

• Return airfare from your departure city / Vancouver on regularly scheduled airlines

• 3-4 nights accommodation at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites in downtown Vancouver

• 1 - 15 passenger van for the duration of the stay in Vancouver

• A minimum guarantee of 3 games for each team in their respective
  tournament

NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THIS TOUR

• Expenses of a personal nature

• Meals

• Daily insurance, parking and gas for the team van
