Travel Insurance
It is imperative that all travellers have medical
insurance when leaving Canada.
ENCORE offers all clients (students and adults)
comprehensive medical, cancellation and baggage coverage through
RBC Insurance Co. of Canada.
This is not a standard tour inclusion, but may be
purchased individually or by the entire group. Complete details
of RBC's travel insurance package are available and readily
provided with detailed day-to-day itineraries.
Signing up Timeline
ENCORE mails out tournament information
approximately one year prior to the actual travel dates. It is
highly advised that coaches commence planning for a tour almost a year
in advance.

team commits, the better our chances are of securing non-stop, direct
flights.

involved time to either save the money required or establish effective
fund raising opportunities.

Detailed Itineraries
Once your destination, travel dates, etc. are
discussed, a detailed itinerary with flight schedules, hotels,
tournament information and guaranteed prices in Canadian dollars will
be forwarded to you at your school.
Payment Schedule

A $1500.00 team deposit is required to confirm your
team's booking.

A second payment of $200.00 per traveller is due
3-6 months later.

Final payment from all travellers is due
approximately 30-45 days prior to departure.
